Booking & stay

How do I book a room?

Directly through the website form, with no middleman or commission. We confirm availability and the exact rate within 24 hours. A 50% deposit secures the booking; the balance is paid on arrival.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is requested at booking, via a secure payment link. The balance is paid on arrival. The City of Bagneux tourist tax is added to the rate.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the 50% deposit is retained.

Is there a minimum stay?

No, a single night is possible. And good news: a 10% discount applies from the 4th night (the first 3 nights at full price).

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. Other times are possible on request, subject to availability.

What languages do you speak?

We welcome you in French, English and Spanish.

The house & amenities

How is the house equipped?

Two double bedrooms upstairs, each with a TV, a living room with a fireplace and a large table seating up to 8, a fully equipped kitchen available to guests, an enclosed garden and a terrace with an outdoor dining area. Fibre Wi-Fi with 3 repeaters around the house, air conditioning in summer, fireplace and heating in winter, bed linen and towels provided. The house is non-smoking indoors (smoking allowed on the terrace).

How many bathrooms and toilets are there, and on which floor?

On the upper floor (the bedrooms' floor): a bathroom with a bathtub that also works as a shower, a sink and a toilet. On the ground floor: a second bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet right next to it.

Are the bathrooms private or shared?

The two bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom (bath-shower + toilet). A second bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also available on the ground floor, which makes things very comfortable.

What is in each bedroom?

Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed (Garden Room: 160 × 190 cm; Lotissement Room: 140 × 190 cm), a TV and linen provided. The Garden Room overlooks the garden and is quiet; the Lotissement Room is very bright.

Is there Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating?

Yes: fibre Wi-Fi (with 3 repeaters for good coverage throughout the house), air conditioning in summer, and a living-room fireplace plus heating in winter.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available on the ground floor, usable on request.

Can I smoke in the house?

The house is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is, however, perfectly fine on the terrace, outdoors.

Are there surveillance cameras?

Yes, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors only, for the security of the property. There are no cameras inside the house or in guests' private areas.

Meals & kitchen

Is breakfast included, and what does it include?

Yes, a continental breakfast is included every morning: coffee (espresso machine), tea, a piece of fruit, pastries and madeleine-style biscuits.

Can guests use the kitchen?

Yes, guests may use the kitchen, keeping it tidy and clean. It has a fridge with space reserved for guests, induction hobs, a combined microwave oven, an extractor hood and utensils.

Is there a table to eat at?

Yes, a large dining table in the living room, seating up to 8 — ideal with family or friends.

Do you serve dinner?

No, only breakfast is provided. For dinner, you are free to cook or enjoy the many restaurants nearby — we are happy to suggest a list of good addresses — see our recommended places to eat.

Your dog

Are dogs really welcome?

Yes, it is our specialty — we are 100% dog-friendly. Enclosed garden, terrace, bowls, dedicated towels, and Bailey, our golden retriever, to welcome you. Up to 2 dogs. We do not host cats.

Is the garden enclosed and secure?

Yes, the garden is enclosed and the terrace lets your dog relax in complete safety.

Where is the dog park?

The François Mitterrand park and its fenced dog area are less than 2 minutes' walk away — perfect for morning and evening walks.

Is there a vet nearby?

Vets are available in Bagneux, a little further than the immediate neighbourhood. We share our recommended addresses (vets, groomers) on arrival.

The area & shops

What is the neighbourhood like?

A residential, multicultural and working-class neighbourhood, calm, welcoming and safe, surrounded by greenery. The local community is diverse and friendly, with a strong African and North African presence. It feels safe and you can walk around with complete peace of mind, day or evening. The large landscaped François Mitterrand park, right across the street, makes it a peaceful, ideal setting for walks with your dog.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

Yes, a supermarket is within a 2-minute walk.

Is there a post office and a pharmacy?

Yes, a post office and a pharmacy are also less than 2 minutes' walk away.

What is the exact address of the house?

The exact address is not displayed on the website, for privacy reasons. We share it on simple request via the form, and at the latest once your booking is confirmed. The house is in Bagneux (92220), about 8 minutes' walk from the RER B and the metro line 4 terminus.

Access & transport

How do I get there by metro or RER?

Metro line 4, Bagneux–Lucie Aubrac terminus: central Paris in about 20 minutes. RER B at Bagneux station (~10 min walk).

How do I reach the airport?

The RER B (Bagneux station) connects directly to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport. Orly airport is ~20 min by car.

Is there parking?

On the street, parking is paid during the day (metered) but free in the evening and at night, with spots easy to find. During the day you can also park for free in the neighbouring supermarket's underground car park, a 2-minute walk away — handy if you arrive by car with your dog.
